Hi all.  My name is Simon, and I was a silent hemorrhoids sufferer for over 10 years.  It finally got so bad that I couldn’t stand, walk, sit or lie without being in extreme discomfort.  Now, I have been free from this curse for a number of years and couldn’t be happier.
